Trina Colon

Trina Colon is an American actress and writer, born in the mid-west, she is the youngest of four children. First witnessing the production of Peter Pan in Chicago, she was sure she wanted to live her life on stage. She has trained continuously while performing through her youth – debuting her first original work at age 13 at Actors and Playwrights Initiative in Michigan. Her stage work continued for several decades. Most recently as Irene in Shows for Days (2020) and the original sketch comedy show Cult Fiction (2020) in which she contributed as writer, performer, and AD. While raising her daughter in Las Vegas she began working in film in the 2000’s, which sparked a level of acting intimacy in which she embraced. Recent roles include Diana in the thought provoking independent short film Blunt (2021), and as Marie in the emotional Memories of The Mind and Soul (2021). Trina’s strong belief in constant development is apparent in her continual artistic education. Most recent, Performing Arts Program with NYU Tisch School of the Arts (2021). She performs weekly with an improvisational comedy show, Comedy Sportz Las Vegas.
